As Bob and Rick Chaffey were successfully carrying on the Chaffey name as respected home builders in the Pacific Northwest, they wanted to expand the vision. Over the years they had been approached by current Chaffey homeowners and others who were looking for a home that was original in design while specific to their needs. They wanted a Chaffey home, the quality of a Chaffey Home, and they wanted their home in a location of their choice.
By the early 2000’s, the Chaffeys answered this growing demand for a builder to meet unique home design and building needs. Chaffey Customs was created for the homeowners who want the well-known Chaffey quality while utilizing their own vision for their perfect home.
